During the inspection we compile a report of the property detailing the items, their descriptions, condition of all the fixtures, fittings and contents supported by high quality photos.

An update to the inventory report recording the condition of the property at the start of the new tenancy. All relevant information is recorded including the meter readings, keys handed over for tenancy and all supported by updated time stamped photographs.

A property inspection is carried out during the tenancy to report of its current condition, highlighting any significant issues and to raise any concerns for the landlord or agent.
